Stacking Adderall and Vitamin B12
While Vitamin B12 and Adderall may not seem like the most ideal nootropics to use in say testing or studying situation, rest assured, proper vitamin B12 supplementation can and will potentiate Adderall’s already amazing effects on the human brain and on one’s productivity, just increasing one’s intake of vitamin B12 would improve cognition significantly, but with this added brain health, when Adderall is added to the equation, much better clarity of thought and extreme focus, is attained from this miraculous amphetamine-based drug.
Other Natural Ingredients to Potentiate Adderall
Other herbal ingredients that can be used to significantly improve the potency of Adderall’s effects are Niacin, Guarana, Kola Nut Extract, DMAE, ALCAR, Green Tea, Gingko Biloba, Rhodiola Rosea, Tyrosine, and Citicholine, Huperzine A and Vinpocetine, I have written about many of these herbal nootropics separately about the powers they contain all on their own, when Adderall is added to the mix however, these become an unbelievable nootropic stack, both in power and in lack of side effects, as well as full absence of any amphetamine based withdrawal.
Adderall and Vitamin B12 Dosages
Typical Adderall dosages when following this regiment should be from 30-60 milligrams per day, with Vitamin B12 dosages at around one capsule per day of any reputable salesman of the vitamin, or in any strong multivitamin containing vitamin B12, such as Usana or Excelerol, be sure not to up the dosage on either of these, too high a dosage of Adderall can pose addiction and horrid side effects, such as twitches and psychosis, and an overdose of an essential vitamin such as vitamin B12 could have just as extreme of side effects in cases of a vitamin overdose.
How much does it cost per month?
For each of these herbs separately in conjunction with an Adderall script, monthly cost would be around $100.
My Review
The morning I had first heard about potentiated effects of Adderall due to vitamin B12 supplementation, I began a hearty regimen of including foods rich in B12 to my diet, as well as of ingesting a supplement of vitamin B12. After around 2 weeks of supplementation, I popped 30 milligrams of Adderall, and waited an hour to see what would happen. To my surprise, it seemed as if almost nothing had changed, I hardly felt anything from the Adderall, and in six hours the effects were gone, only to come back again for a few short hours, and then level off with seemingly no crash, which was peculiar considering how terrible I usually feel after taking an Adderall.
Final Thoughts
So while B12 may not enhance Adderall’s effects if you are already finding yourself tolerant to the drug, what it will do is allow you a lessened crash, and the freedom of continuing to take it without such a great risk for side effects of withdrawal, as none of these are really present when vitamin B12 levels are at their proper amounts.
